Welcome to ATL Game Ride. These Terms of Service explain how our game day, event, and transportation services work. Please read them carefully before booking. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Terms

Bookings & Availability

• Our transportation services operate 24/7.
• Advance booking is strongly recommended for game days, concerts, and major events.
• Availability depends on vehicle type, event demand, and scheduling.

Payment Policies

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
• Full payment must be completed at least one week before the scheduled service date.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and fee-free options such as Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp.
• Credit card payments may include processing fees.

Hourly Service & Overtime Charges

• A minimum of 4 hours is required for sedans, SUVs, limos, and Sprinter vans.
• Certain high-demand events and peak dates may require longer minimums.
• Service time is billed in full-hour increments.
• Late-night service between 12:01 a.m. and 5:59 a.m. may include a surcharge of $25 to $50.

Long-Distance & Event Surcharges

• Trips exceeding a 45-mile radius may include additional mileage and travel time fees.
• Special event traffic, road closures, and extended wait times may affect pricing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Airport Transfers

• Local airport transfers require at least 4 hours’ notice to avoid charges.
• Domestic and international airport transfers require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Hourly Rentals & Event Bookings

• Cancellations within 30 business days of service will forfeit the deposit.
• Cancellations within 15 business days will be charged the full booking amount.
• All game day, stadium events, concerts, proms, and major tournaments are non-refundable.

Reservation Changes

• All cancellations or changes must be confirmed in writing by ATL Game Ride.
• Drivers cannot accept cancellations or changes directly.

Vehicle Cleanliness & Damage Policy

• Eating and smoking are not permitted in any vehicle.
• Smoking results in a $600 cleaning fee.
• Sickness requiring vehicle cleaning results in a $500 cleaning fee.
• Customers are responsible for any damage caused during service.

Waiting Time & Additional Stops

Pickup Waiting Time

• 15 minutes of complimentary wait time for residential, hotel, and office pickups.
• 30 minutes for domestic airport arrivals.
• 60 minutes for international airport arrivals.

Additional Stops

• Additional stops are charged at $25 per stop within a reasonable distance.

SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS communication through our website or booking forms, you agree to receive text messages from ATL Game Ride related to scheduling, reminders, updates, and billing. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Safety & Conduct

• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
• Standing through sunroofs or engaging in unsafe behavior is not allowed.
• Any misconduct may result in immediate service termination without refund.

Liability

• ATL Game Ride is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or unforeseen conditions.
• If a vehicle issue occurs, a comparable replacement will be provided when possible.
• We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles but will make reasonable efforts to return found items.

Final Agreement

By using ATL Game Ride services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Any concerns or complaints must be submitted in writing within 12 hours of service completion.
